[Announcement of Epidemic Prevention Task Force] In response to the severe and special infectious pneumonia epidemic, survey is performed on the vaccination situation of the CGU’s faculty members, staffs, and students.

1. According to the press release of The Central Epidemic Command Center on June 17, vaccination is an effective way to prevent COVID-19 infection, severe sickness, and death.

2. In order to have a comprehensive and continuous understanding of the coverage rate of vaccination in the University, all faculty members, staff, and students are requested to assist in reporting the personal vaccination status:

(a) Survey Time: Report the vaccination time and type after each vaccination.
