[Announcement from the Epidemic Prevention and Control Team] The new relaxation regulation of epidemic prevention will be implemented from March 20.
In accordance with the Central Epidemic Command Center, mild or asymptomatic persons who have tested positive for COVID-19 can adopt self-health management without isolation since March 20, 2023. The Ministry of Education has also adjusted the leave policy and measures for students and faculty members.
Considering that the university campus is a close-contact environment, the Ministry of Education recommends that mild or asymptomatic students and staff who test positive for COVID-19 should conduct 5-day self-health management at home. Please do not go to the campus and take 5-day sick leave. The leave should not be counted into absence. If the rapid test is negative, self-health management can be released early.
If you have symptoms related to COVID-19, such as fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, diarrhea, abnormal sense of smell or taste, and shortness of breath, please do a rapid test.
