According to the 29th meeting of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention Task Force on May 17, 2021, please cooperate with the below tasks:

1. In response to the increased risk of community transmission of the epidemic, all faculty members, staffs, and students must cooperate with temperature measurement, wearing surgical mask, and showing identity card when entering the campus.

2. In response to the sever COVID-19 epidemic, departments and offices have officially been implemented for separated working areas and limited physical communication to reduce group infection risk since May 18.

3. Because of the epidemic situation, distance teaching is fully implemented since May 17 until the end of this semester. In order to improve self-learning quality, instructors should announce teaching approach and upload teaching materials to the EL system. Instructors can use CGU account to login O365 cloud services for real-time teaching, chat rooms, and multiple applications in the Teams course group. In addition, the Center for Instructional Resource (CIR) can assistant instructors and teaching assistants for the record of digital audio-visual teaching materials by using Evercam software from desktops, laptops, or e-tables. The CIR also provides the guidelines of distance teaching using Microsoft Office 365 Teams in the CIR webpage.

4. In response to the increased alert announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center, faculty members and staffs (whose children are in suspended classes and who require to take public transportation) can take epidemic prevention leave or individual leave (exchange leave and special leave). If faculty members adopt distance teaching at home, please report to the Office of Academic Affairs. In addition, when the Government announces regional restrictions and closed areas, work from home must be implemented. Other necessary follow-up implementations will be continuously reviewed and announced in accordance with the epidemic situation. Please pay attention to the announcement continuously.
