[Announcement of Epidemic Prevention Task Force] In response to the severe special infectious pneumonia epidemic, please cooperate in measuring body temperature and report every day.
1. All faculty members, staffs, and students are required to measure body temperature every day and report through “Temperature Reporting” in CGU APP or self-management reporting webpage in Epidemic Prevention Zone (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=qjVW2kse_ESSFFlrQmXkU4W8_BvBjM1NioteYInPEl5UMFBPOEVMUVNVUEVRVDAwSFcwSFFZOERWSy4u>). If you find abnormal body temperature (forehead temperature > 37.5 C or ear temperature > 38 C), please report abnormality immediately or contact Healthcare Section (ext. 2119) for students or Office of Environmental Safety and Hygiene (ext. 3884) for faculty members and staffs.
2. Please pay extra attention to severe special infectious pneumonia. You must wear a surgical mask when entering the campus and maintain proper social distancing and wash you hands frequently.
