【Announcement by the Epidemic Prevention and Control Team 】In respond to Level 3 alert extended with relaxed restrictions, working from home policy will end from July 19.
1. According to the national population intervention modifications from the Central Epidemic Command Center, since July 19, 2021, the University announces termination of “working from home” policy; but maintains the “working from dividing offices” policy. Those who have applied for “flexible working hour” can still maintain flexible working hour and enter the University until the end of the level-3 alert. For other special circumstances, please submit a special application by the department head.
2. For full-time research assistances who apply “paper-based sign-in” (original deadline is unit the end of level-3 alert), the “paper-based sign-in” policy shall be maintained until July 20. Please return the sign-in record to Personnel Office before July 21 to facilitate salary calculation. The electronic sign-in system will be resumed from July 21.
3. After returning to normal work schedule, the principle of low physical communication should be implemented to our work. Please utilize on-line conferencing software for the meeting. If there is more than one person in the same office space, all staffs should wear masks at all times.
