In response to the occurrence of local confirmed Omicron cases in Taiwan and the increased risk of community transmission, according to the decision of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Team, please cooperate with the following measures:

1. "Self-checking Form for Risk Assessment of Extracurricular Activities" (attachment) must be a necessary attachment for all applications of extracurricular activities. Event organizers should plan the activities according to the form.

2. On-campus sports facilities (such as basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis rooms, gyms, etc.) are closed. Static facilities (such as libraries) remain open but are needed to comply with government epidemic prevention regulations (such as registration system). Welfare committee activities (including staff travel) should be suspended. The activities that have paid are required to be reviewed for cancellation or postponement.

3. There are 3 short-wave UV document disinfection machines in the campus. They are respectively installed in the mail room of the General Affairs Office, the Accounting Office and the administrative area on the 13th floor of the management building. Please disinfect each document before placing them in the internal envelope for delivery.
