1.因應疫情風險升高，感染及受影響人數增加，若校內確診案例發生，校方須立即進行疫調及檢疫，相關課程學生及教師須暫停實體課程。

2.若有確診案例發生時教務處將發通知給相關課程同學及授課教師，請同學依此通知向其他教師申請遠距上課，暫停期間會在通知單上註明，教師若有疑慮請向課務組確認。

第一階段：教務處mail>同學>課程教師

3.確診者與密切接觸者須暫停實體課程，教務處會再另行通知相關課程教師。

第二階段：教務處Teams>課程教師

4.請各位教師務必準備隨時可提供實體/線上教學的混成教學方式。

Announcement: In response to the increasing domestic COVID-19 cases, instructors are requested to be ready to provide physical/distance hybrid teaching.

1. In response to the increasing domestic COVID-19 cases, if there is a diagnosed case in the campus, the University will immediately conduct epidemic investigation. Affected instructors and students are required to quarantine and they must suspend to physically attend the relevant courses.

2. If there is a diagnosed case in the campus, the Office of Academic Affairs will send a notice to the affected students and instructors. Students are requested to apply for distance learning to the instructors. The suspension period will be indicated on the notice. If instructors have any question, please contact the Curriculum Section for confirmation.

3. The diagnosed cases and potential contacts must suspend physical courses. The Office of Academic Affairs will notify the affected course instructors.
