【Announcement of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Team】In order to maintain the administrative capacity in the campus, staff members who need to take care of young children at home due to the school suspension are opened to the application of “work from home”.

1.In response to the increasing number of school suspension of kindergartens and elementary schools due to the epidemic, staff members who need to take care of young children (under 12 years old) at home due to the school suspension should apply for epidemic prevention leave (without pay). If the office/department requests the staff members to work at home, the staff members can apply for “work from home”.

2.The procedures of applying for “working from home” are as follows:
(a) Fill in the leave request form in the NOTES system. Leave type: Remote work note (leave code 85).
(b) Please attach the school suspension notice and proof of family relationship (photocopy of the household register).
(c) Fill in the work log. The work log are required to be recorded in detail. The working hour should be recorded to the minute. The work log is signed to the first-level supervisor by “intra-department note” every week. When it is approved, please notify Ms Feng of Office of Personnel.

3.The University will update the guidelines according to the announcement from the Ministry of Education. Please pay attention to the announcement in the Epidemic Prevention Area on the University homepage.
