[Announcement of the Epidemic and Control Team] In response to the epidemic, course instructors can apply for distance teaching.
1. The announcement is in accordance with the “Implementation Standards for Suspension of Physical Classes due to the Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia (COVID-19) Epidemic” amended by the Ministry of Education on April 13, 2022 and the “Additional Instructions for Adjusting Teaching Mode in Universities” announced by the Ministry of Education on May 5, 2022.
2. University-wide distance learning is not allowed by the Ministry of Education. Because of the current epidemic situation and avoiding of student movement, course instructors under the following situations may implement distance teaching until the end of the semester after discussion with students. The instructors should ensure the students' learning effectiveness. Please submit the application to the department and then send to Office of Academic Affairs.
(1) The presence of diagnosed or quarantined students in the class.
(2) University-wide inter-departmental courses.
